That Orange Stuff®

Go Green by Going Orange®
Have you ever given any thought at all to the sheer number of chemicals that you have in your home?   If you are new to the organic idea of doing things; we say thank you.   But we would also like to talk dollars.   How many hundreds of dollars do you spend every year in household cleaners?

Look under your sink in the kitchen and the bathroom, look in your garage, storage shed and pantry.   I bet you find dozens of different cleaners, and specialty chemicals.   You probably have several different ones for the same application.   I bet you even have items that you have no idea how long you have had, or where you got them.   How much money do you think you spent on all of them?

What if I told you That Orange Stuff® could replace virtually every one of tem.  Since
That Orange Stuff® is super concentrated, one sixteen ounce bottle will make up to eight gallons of general purpose cleaner.   That is pennies per bottler of diluted product.   Let’s face it, most household cleaners are mostly water anyway.   The water from your faucet is much cheaper than the water in that bottle of toxic cleaner.

Mist Mix: Windows, mirrors, appliances, chandeliers, dusting furniture, chrome, stainless steel, silverware, copper, brass, or anything you want to shine (for grooved surfaces spray on That Orange Stuff® then sprinkle on baking soda and agitate with small brush).

Light Mix: Walls, floors, countertops, cupboards, silk plants, etc. (may need stronger mix for heavily soiled areas).

General Mix: Sinks, tubs, showers, toilet seats, greasy stove top, range hood and filter, venetian blinds, carpets, fabric, upholstery, vinyl, etc. (for stains on arborite and tough cleaning jobs, sprinkle with baking soda and use nylon scouring pad with General Mix of That Orange Stuff®).

Strong Mix: Ovens and carpet stains (detailed instructions below), fireplace windows, barbecues, rust, paint brushes and rollers, stains on clothing (pre-soak if necessary).

Ovens: Warm oven, turn off and spray with Strong That Orange Stuff® mix. A llow time to emulsify.  If necessary agitate with nylon scouring pad and baking soda.  Soak oven racks in tub with 1 - 2 tablespoons of That Orange Stuff®.

Carpet Stains: Spray on General That Orange Stuff® mix, work into stain and let sit.  Spray with water and wipe off with rough terry towel in dabbing circular motion.  If necessary reapply with Strong mix or Straight.  Rinse thoroughly with clear water.

Laundry: Pre-spray or soak with General or Strong mix. For extra tough stains spray on Straight, work into stain, add water, scrub and rinse.  Reapply if necessary.  Add 1 - 2 Tablespoons of Straight That Orange Stuff® to wash cycle to cut through grime, whiten whites and remove odors.

STRAIGHT **: Gum, glue, price tag and tape residue, decals, permanent felt marker, tar, tree sap, blood stains, candle & crayon wax, scuff marks, rubber on running shoes.  Use 1 teaspoon in toilet bowl (mix into water, let sit for 15 minutes, then scrub), unclog drains (pour into drain, allow to sit, then flush with hot water).  Raw wood, apply to cloth and rub in.  Test inconspicuous area first.

** Use caution when working with Straight That Orange Stuff®, especially on plastics, fiberglass or Plexiglas. Share That Orange Stuff® with friends in a glass bottle, not plastic.
